Gegenwartsjazz als Prozess: Kuratiert von der in Kopenhagen lebenden Vokalistin Laura Zöschg, wird die Euregio Jazzwerkstatt zum Laboratorium. In einer Residency führt Zöschg junge Akteure aus Südtirol, Tirol und dem Trentino zu einem Ensemble jenseits der Konvention zusammen. Zwischen freier Improvisation und experimenteller Textur suchen Stimme, Bläser und Effekte nach einer grenzüberschreitenden Ästhetik. Ein Projekt, das Vernetzung als lebendige Klangforschung präsentiert.
Jazz contemporaneo come processo: quest’anno la Euregio Jazzwerkstatt è guidata dalla vocalist altoatesina Laura Zöschg, di base a Copenaghen. In una residency, Zöschg riunisce giovani musicisti e musiciste dell’Alto Adige, del Tirolo e del Trentino in un ensemble fuori dalle convenzioni. Tra libera improvvisazione e texture sperimentali, voce, fiati ed effetti cercano un’estetica capace di attraversare i confini. Un progetto che presenta la rete e lo scambio come ricerca sonora viva.
Contemporary jazz as a process: this year, the Euregio Jazzwerkstatt is led by South Tyrolean vocalist Laura Zöschg, who is based in Copenhagen. During a residency, Zöschg brings together young musicians from South Tyrol, Tyrol and Trentino in an ensemble beyond convention. Between free improvisation and experimental textures, voice, winds and effects search for an aesthetic that crosses borders. A project that presents networking and exchange as living sound research.
