ITA | I am ALIVE-set vol.2 è la seconda edizione di un workshop immersivo dedicato a musicisti, producer e appassionati di musica elettronica, focalizzato sul mondo dei live set, una pratica sempre più presente nella scena musicale contemporanea.
Durante il workshop i partecipanti scopriranno cosa significa costruire e performare un live set, quali strumenti utilizzare e come sviluppare una performance dal vivo capace di unire tecnica, improvvisazione e interazione con il pubblico.
Verranno approfondite le differenze tra live set, DJ set e produzione in studio, analizzando il processo creativo, la scelta di sintetizzatori, controller e drum machine, oltre alla pianificazione tecnica e artistica della performance. Il workshop offrirà anche dimostrazioni pratiche e consigli utili per scegliere l’attrezzatura più adatta in base al proprio stile musicale.
A guidare il workshop sarà Alexander Ebner, artista e producer attivo con il progetto Lois Lane. La giornata si concluderà con un aperitivo lungo e un DJ set di Lois Lane presso JUMP ad Appiano.

DE | “I am ALIVE-set vol.2” ist die zweite Ausgabe eines immersiven Workshops für Musiker:innen, Produzent:innen und Interessierte elektronischer Musik. Im Mittelpunkt steht das Thema Live-Set – eine Performanceform, die in der internationalen elektronischen Musikszene immer wichtiger wird.
Im Workshop erfahren die Teilnehmer:innen, was ein Live-Set ausmacht, wie es aufgebaut wird und welche technischen sowie kreativen Werkzeuge dafür eingesetzt werden können. Dabei werden die Unterschiede zwischen Live-Set, DJ-Set und Studio-Produktion analysiert und die Rolle von Improvisation sowie Publikumsinteraktion thematisiert.
Besonderer Fokus liegt auf der praktischen Arbeit mit Synthesizern, Controllern und Drum Machines sowie auf der Planung und Umsetzung einer Live-Performance. Zusätzlich gibt es praktische Demonstrationen und Tipps zur Auswahl des passenden Equipments – abgestimmt auf unterschiedliche musikalische Ansätze und Erfahrungsstufen.
Darüber hinaus wird gezeigt, wie visuelle und klangliche Elemente kombiniert werden können, um intensive und dynamische Live-Erlebnisse zu schaffen. Der Workshop richtet sich sowohl an Einsteiger:innen als auch an erfahrene Musiker:innen, die ihr Wissen im Bereich elektronischer Live-Performance erweitern möchten.
Geleitet wird der Workshop von Alexander Ebner alias Lois Lane. Zum Abschluss des Tages findet ein Dj-Set von Lois Lane statt.
