So bietet sie neben der <strong>Ausbildung f\u00fcr Lehrlinge<\/strong> im klassischen dualen System auch die ersten zwei Jahre der maturaf\u00fchrenden <strong>Hotelfachschule<\/strong>, die dreij\u00e4hrige <strong>Berufsfachschule<\/strong> in den Bereichen K\u00fcche, Service und Konditorei\/B\u00e4ckerei sowie die 4. Klassen Patisserie und Service\/Front Office an. Au\u00dferdem wird der <strong>Maturalehrgang<\/strong> \u201e\u00d6nogastronomie\u201c angeboten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben dem gastgewerblichen Schwerpunkt ist die \u201eEmma Hellenstainer\u201c das S\u00fcdtiroler Zentrum f\u00fcr Ern\u00e4hrung schlechthin, ist sie doch die einzige <strong>Berufsschule<\/strong>, die Metzger*innen, B\u00e4cker*innen und Konditor*innen ausbildet. Die Jugendlichen verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber einen Lehrvertrag mit einem Betrieb und die Ausbildung erfolgt in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Schule und den Partner*innen der Wirtschaft. Die Lehrlinge besuchen zehn Wochen pro Schuljahr die Schule und erhalten Unterricht in fachtheoretischen, praktischen und allgemeinbildenden F\u00e4chern.
