In Italia, quando andrai in pensione riceverai solo circa il 60% dell\u2019ultimo stipendio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con un fondo pensione complementare puoi iniziare presto a mettere da parte dei soldi per la vecchiaia.<br>Prima inizi a versare, pi\u00f9 soldi avrai a disposizione in futuro. Cos\u00ec potrai vivere la tua pensione con pi\u00f9 serenit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>CHE COS\u2019\u00c8 UN FONDO PENSIONE COMPLEMENTARE?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 come un piano di risparmio per il futuro: versi soldi in modo volontario e, una volta in pensione, riceverai \u2013 oltre alla pensione statale \u2013 una seconda pensione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I pagamenti avvengono mensilmente o trimestralmente e si compongono dalla parte di indennit\u00e0 di licenziamento, la parte del datore di lavoro e la parte del dipendente. L&#8217;ammontare dei contributi dipende dal contratto collettivo. Il TFR \u00e8 una piccola percentuale del tuo stipendio che non ti viene pagata immediatamente. Questo contributo pu\u00f2 rimanere nell&#8217;azienda e riceverai il denaro accumulato alla fine del contratto di lavoro\u00a0 &#8211; oppure puoi far versare automaticamente il contributo in un fondo pensione complementare. La seconda opzione ha molti vantaggi.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<p>Laborfonds, per esempio, \u00e8 uno di questi fondi pensione. In Alto Adige \u00e8 il pi\u00f9 grande ed \u00e8 pensato per chi lavora in Alto Adige o in Trentino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>QUALI SONO I VANTAGGI?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oltre a migliorare la tua pensione futura, il pi\u00f9 grande vantaggio \u00e8 il risparmio fiscale:<br>le somme versate ogni anno si possono detrarre dalle tasse \u2013 fino a 5.165 \u20ac all\u2019anno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E anche quando riceverai la pensione complementare, pagherai meno tasse: tra il 9 e il 15%.<br>Se invece lasci il TFR in azienda, la tassazione sar\u00e0 almeno del 23%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con un fondo come Laborfonds hai anche costi molto bassi \u2013 pi\u00f9 convenienti rispetto a molte assicurazioni o prodotti bancari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un altro vantaggio: spesso anche il datore di lavoro versa una parte. E se il fondo \u00e8 ben gestito, potresti ottenere anche un rendimento positivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>CI SONO ANCHE SVANTAGGI?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beh, i soldi sono davvero pensati per la pensione.<br>Questo significa che non puoi prelevarli liberamente in qualsiasi momento, ci sono regole precise \u2013 ma d\u2019altronde \u00e8 proprio per quello che esiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" alla pensione, ma servono motivi precisi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per spese sanitarie puoi prelevare fino al 75% in qualsiasi momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dopo 8 anni di adesione puoi prelevare fino al 75% per acquistare o costruire la prima casa (anche dei figli).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per altre esigenze puoi prelevare fino al 30%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chi lavora nel pubblico ha condizioni ancora migliori: dopo 8 anni si pu\u00f2 prelevare fino al 100% per spese sanitarie, acquisto\/costruzione\/ristrutturazione della prima casa (anche dei figli) e \u2013 se previsto dal fondo \u2013 per formazione o periodi di congedo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>COME RICEVO I SOLDI UNA VOLTA IN PENSIONE?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una volta in pensione, ricevi la rendita mensilmente.<br>Puoi anche chiedere fino alla met\u00e0 in un\u2019unica soluzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\"
